Scope of Services

Window Film to Protect Turf provides residential and commercial window film installation services including, but not limited to: anti-reflective window film for turf protection, heat-reduction film, privacy film, UV-blocking film, and glare-control film. We serve homeowners and businesses across Southern California. We do not offer automotive services.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided via our website or email are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on window count, size, accessibility, and the specific products selected. A final price will be confirmed before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are required for all services. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.

Property Condition

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing window damage, frame issues, or prior film installations before service begins. Window Film to Protect Turf is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that becomes apparent during the installation process.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment and materials.

Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party financing partners. Approval and terms are subject to the financing provider's requirements and are not guaranteed. Window Film to Protect Turf is not a lender and is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party providers.

Returned Payments

In the event of a returned check or declined payment, a fee of $35 will be assessed. Window Film to Protect Turf reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal means.

Installation Warranty

Window Film to Protect Turf warrants our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This covers installation defects such as lifting edges, bubbling, or peeling caused by our installation process. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, abrasive cleaning, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products we install carry separate manufacturer warranties. These warranties are issued by the manufacturer, not Window Film to Protect Turf. We will provide documentation of the products installed to assist with any manufacturer warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover: damage from accidents, vandalism, or improper care; damage caused by abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals; pre-existing window or frame defects; or any modification to the installed film by anyone other than Window Film to Protect Turf.

Care Instructions

Customers will receive care instructions specific to their installed product. Failure to follow care instructions may void the installation warranty. Window Film to Protect Turf is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.

Vehicle Release

By leaving your vehicle with Window Film to Protect Turf, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services. You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorization to have the services performed.

Limitation of Liability

Window Film to Protect Turf's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Property Access

By scheduling a service, you authorize our technicians to access the relevant windows and surrounding areas of your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You represent that you are the property owner or have the owner's authorization to have the services performed.

Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the website.

Intellectual Property

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits for large jobs (full wraps, full-body PPF) may be non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, as materials may have already been ordered and cut for your specific vehicle.

Window Film to Protect Turf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to equipment issues, staffing, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative appointment.
